Meadow Creek Spice Company was founded in 2007 by Scott and Dorinda Triponey primarily to satisfy their own taste buds. That's the factual truth. Scott has always enjoyed spending time in the kitchen being creative and developing new recipes. Shortly after moving to the South Florida area, he began seeking out various restaurants sampling different cuisines and foods. Having had both really good meals and many more at the other end of the spectrum, he decided to further develop his cooking skills and abilities. After many trips to various top rated eateries, he set his sights on creating a solution to the query of how to make home-cooked meals taste as good as or better than those in finer restaurants. It couldn't be the actual food product, and it wasn't likely to be the cooking processes, as those are available online and in cookbooks. So he began researching the seasonings. What he discovered was the delicate balance of quality and quantity, which when properly blended produces enough flavoring to enhance the food without over-powering its taste. Since that discovery, he has put that knowledge to use in developing some of the finest pre-blended seasonings found in the marketplace today. To attest to the quality, Scott preformed an exhaustive search for what he felt were the finest herbs and spices from which to produce his blends. His search concluded with his choosing 100% Certified Organic products that carry the Oregon Tilth Certified Organic seal as well as the Kosher certification. Oregon Tilth has long since been the ruler by which the organic industry has been measured. All of the seasonings produced by Meadow Creek Spice Company are thoroughly tested in multiple markets prior to being made available to their customers.
